Construction of the new Logistics Hall North is progressing rapidly: the steel structure of the high-bay warehouse has been completed, and the precast concrete works on the head building (receiving & order picking) are also nearing completion.

At the same time, roofing and façade works are commencing and are scheduled to be completed by late fall. Over the winter, construction of the warehouse floor slab will follow, while interior fit-out works will begin gradually. The building is scheduled to be handed over to Balmung Medical as early as summer 2026. With approximately 18,000 pallet storage locations, the facility will become an integral part of the European healthcare supply chain.

Preparations for the remaining components of the HorizonQuarter are continuing in parallel: detailed execution planning for the 55-meter-high office tower “H12,” including the parking garage, is progressing at full speed.
