While the foundation for Office Tower 1 was laid in the spring using bored piles approximately 10 meters long, the building’s shell is now rising steadily. After the first floor was poured, we switched from cast-in-place concrete to precast concrete elements and accelerated the pace: one of the 13 floors is completed every two weeks until we reach a height of approximately 55 meters. In parallel, earthworks have recently started for the spacious parking garage, which will offer over 500 covered parking spaces.

Our site in Kirchbichl is a hive of activity. Anyone looking out over the construction site these days can see a forward-looking project becoming a reality step by step. Currently, five projects are underway here simultaneously.

Kirchbichl, May 28, 2026 – More than 200 invited guests from business, politics, and society attended the event held on May 28, 2026, at the large-scale construction site of the “HorizonQuarter” in Kirchbichl. In a ceremonial setting and in the presence of Tyrolean Governor Anton Mattle, a significant milestone for the forward-looking major project was celebrated in the nearly completed North Logistics Hall: on the one hand, the North Logistics Hall, the first building structure, will soon commence operations; on the other hand, construction of the additional buildings has recently begun—most notably the impressive office complex rising approximately 55 meters

The historic Klinker Hall is the last remaining part of the former Perlmooser cement factory, which produced high-quality Portland cement at this site since the mid-19th century.

The starting signal for the HQ Office, the centerpiece of Horizon Quarter Kirchbichl, has been given! While little is visible on the surface, the specialized deep foundation work is currently creating the structural base for the future 13-story building.

The completion of the first construction phase of the Horizon Quarter in Kirchbichl is within reach! On the construction site of the North Logistics Hall, there is high activity – we are already in the final construction phase.
