At Balmung Medical\u2019s future central warehouse, shelving installation is being completed, while the first test runs are already scheduled and final preparations for commissioning are underway.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Logistics South:<\/b> Construction of Balmung Medical\u2019s replenishment warehouse is proceeding exactly according to plan: The building envelope is complete, rough-in work is in full swing, and interior finishing has recently begun.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Klinkerhalle:<\/b> A piece of history is being preserved and revitalized: The demolition of the historic hall is complete. Currently, the roof is being replaced, and at the same time, the structural work for the new addition is underway. A modern heavy-duty hall is being built here for a major Tyrolean industrial company.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Office Tower (The Heart of the Complex):<\/b> Construction on Office Tower 1 will soon take off! Next up is the concrete pour for the floor above the ground floor; the structure up to and including the second floor will be built using cast-in-place concrete. After that, construction will rapidly rise using a special crane over 60 meters tall and a modular construction method. The shell of this striking tower (ground floor + 12 stories) will be completed by spring 2027!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Parking Garage:<\/b> Preparations are underway: Excavation has begun.
