While work in recent weeks focused primarily on below-ground and ground-level operations\u2014among other things on the sprinkler control center in the basement as well as on the strip foundations\u2014the next construction phase is now beginning:<br><br>&nbsp;<br><ul>\r\n \t<li>Steel construction with columns and trusses in the high-bay warehouse area<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Precast concrete construction in the receiving and order-picking areas<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Completion of the structural shell of the sprinkler control center<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><br>The Logistics North building is therefore now beginning to take shape and is scheduled for completion by mid-2026. The approximately 7,500 m\u00b2 of gross floor area will serve as the future central warehouse for the Balmung Medical Group, thereby sustainably strengthening the reliability and resilience of European healthcare supply chains.<br><br>Outlook on further project components:\u00a0By the end of the year, construction works on Office Tower 1 will commence. This will create flexibly configurable, high-end office spaces for lease in one of the country\u2019s most prestigious buildings\u2014suitable for small, medium-sized, and large companies alike (units
