These include permits in the areas of construction, trade and commercial law, water and groundwater management, as well as nature conservation. The comprehensive review process carried out by the responsible authorities has been successfully completed\u2014marking a major milestone in the realization of the project.<br><br>The granted approvals confirm that the project complies with all legal requirements and regulatory conditions. In particular, environmentally relevant aspects\u2014such as compliance with nature conservation regulations\u2014were examined and taken into account in detail. \u201cWe are pleased that our project has successfully passed all regulatory approval procedures. This underscores the quality of our planning and our commitment to a sustainable and legally secure implementation,\u201d says Florian Kirchmair, representing the project owner.
