All required, legally binding approvals for the HorizonQuarter project have now been obtained. These include permits in the areas of construction, trade and commercial law, water and groundwater management, as well as nature conservation. The comprehensive review process carried out by the responsible authorities has been successfully completed—marking a major milestone in the realization of the project.

The granted approvals confirm that the project complies with all legal requirements and regulatory conditions. In particular, environmentally relevant aspects—such as compliance with nature conservation regulations—were examined and taken into account in detail. “We are pleased that our project has successfully passed all regulatory approval procedures.
