• Logistics Center North: The building’s contours are already clearly visible. Commissioning by Balmung Medical is scheduled for mid-2026.
• Kick-off in 2026: In the coming year, construction will begin on Logistics Hall South as well as the representative office complex, including the 55-meter-high main tower.
