The BlackHorizon Group has officially set the starting signal for one of Western Austria’s most exciting construction projects: the HorizonQuarter Kirchbichl

On the former site of the Perlmooser cement works, the new headquarters and central warehouse of the Balmung Medical Group will be developed, along with representative, high-end office spaces available for lease.

The project will be implemented in phases beginning in July 2025. The first phase includes construction of the future central warehouse for Balmung Medical on the northern section of the site. The overall project comprises two semi-automated logistics halls, a parking garage, and a state-of-the-art office complex. Total investment upon completion is expected to amount to approximately EUR 110 million.

The system construction specialist Goldbeck Rhomberg was recently appointed as general contractor for the project’s execution. This appointment continues the partnership that was already established during the planning phase.
