Another important step toward realization: With the site clearance, the preparatory measures for the Horizon Quarter have officially begun. This brings the actual start of construction within tangible reach.
As part of the site clearance, all necessary work to prepare the area is currently being carried out. This includes, among other things, clearing work, dismantling existing facilities and pipelines, laying supply and disposal lines, geological preliminary investigations, as well as the construction of a new transformer station and demolition of the old plant transformer building.
The goal is to create a fully prepared, safe, and construction-ready site on which construction projects can then proceed quickly. In parallel, organizational preparations are underway, especially tenders and contract awards for the executing companies.
