The starting signal for the HQ Office, the centerpiece of Horizon Quarter Kirchbichl, has been given! While little is visible on the surface, the specialized deep foundation work is currently creating the structural base for the future 13-story building.

The completion of the first construction phase of the Horizon Quarter in Kirchbichl is within reach! On the construction site of the North Logistics Hall, there is high activity – we are already in the final construction phase.

An eventful year 2025 is drawing to a close. BlackHorizon would like to sincerely thank all partners for the successful collaboration. At the same time, we are already looking ahead to 2026 with great anticipation, as the next major milestones are on the horizon.

In recent weeks, continuous progress has been made on the construction site: the structural shell has been completed, and a large portion of the façade and roofing works are finished. The new logistics center for the future tenant Balmung Medical is clearly taking shape.

Construction of the new Logistics Hall North is progressing rapidly: the steel structure of the high-bay warehouse has been completed, and the precast concrete works on the head building (receiving & order picking) are also nearing completion.

While the steel construction is already making visible progress, a key element of the safety infrastructure for the entire quarter is being developed beneath the “Logistics Center North” building component: the sprinkler control center, including the control unit, as well as two massive firewater storage tanks, each with a capacity of 500 m³. In an emergency, these systems protect the building complex from fire damage—powerful, redundant, and reliable.
